Refund policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request return of your goods.

Contact us at hi@candideskis.co in order to trigger your return procedure. We may then proceed to a full refund or exchange at your discretion and depending on availability. 

Any refund or exchange will be able to be processed only when the return has been properly completed (received) and the goods have been inspected to confirm their proper state.
